About Lindsay W. Cremona

Lindsay Cremona is a litigation attorney with Jellum Law, practicing principally in the areas of:

Lindsay successfully represents clients in a variety of complex civil litigation and bankruptcy matters, including breach of contract claims, enforcement of UCC rights, and fraud claims. Specifically, Lindsay works with financial institutions to protect their interest in loan collection and liquidation, as well as regulatory compliance for the U.S. Small Business Administration government-guaranteed lending programs.

Lindsay’s practice also includes landlord/tenant and real estate and construction law, where she advises landlords in lease disputes and contractors in construction claims and mechanic’s lien actions.

Lindsay is a 2012 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and received a B.A. degree with honors in 2008 from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Lindsay is active volunteer with the Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity and serves on the Hard Hat Black Tie Gala committee. She enjoys running, canoeing, dabbling in woodworking, and maintaining her cooking blog. Lindsay lives in Grant, MN with her husband, three children, and their French bulldog, Pancake. Lindsay joined the firm in 2012.
